Asset Profile
Issuer, company, and asset intelligence layer within the DORRS ecosystem.
The DORRS Asset Profile page serves as the issuer, company, and asset intelligence layer within the DORRS ecosystem. While the Symbol Registry is responsible for creating and identifying the tradable asset or instrument, the Asset Profile page is designed to capture the detailed issuer, company, operational, legal, financial, and tokenization-related information associated with that asset.
After a symbol is created within the DORRS Symbol Registry, the platform supports a secondary onboarding process where either:
- The firm that created the symbol, or
- The issuer/company directly can complete and maintain the full Asset Profile associated with the symbol.
The Asset Profile is directly linked to:
- The trading symbol
- The DSIN (Digital Security Identifier Number)
- The CDI (Corporate Digital Identifier)
- Last Sale market data
- Blockchain and tokenization metadata
- DTS transparency scoring
The page is designed to function as a normalized issuer intelligence and disclosure framework capable of supporting both traditional securities and blockchain-native digital assets.
The Asset Profile captures multiple layers of issuer and asset information including:
- Company identity
- Corporate structure
- Business operations
- Financial information
- Regulatory information
- Tokenization details
- Blockchain infrastructure
- Legal and compliance data
- Service provider relationships
Core issuer information
For traditional and tokenized issuers alike, the Asset Profile stores core issuer information such as:
- Company Name
- Logo
- Business Description
- Company Address
- Founded Date
- SIC Industry Classification
- Incorporation Information
- Number of Employees
- Company Officers and Board of Directors
- Product and Service descriptions
- Company Facilities
- Contact information
- Edgar CIK references
The page also captures financial and valuation-related information including:
- Total Equity Funding Amount
- Last Market Valuation
- Last Sale Price
- Funding history
Digital asset metadata
For digital assets and tokenized securities, the Asset Profile extends beyond traditional issuer records and introduces additional blockchain-native topology and tokenization metadata. This includes:
- Token Category
- Tokenization Method
- Use of Token
- Asset Issuer Name
- Tokenization Platform
- Blockchain Network / Ledger
- Regulatory Framework
- Custody structure
- Legal and governance details
The page is designed to normalize the relationship between:
- The issuer or company
- The tokenized asset
- The tokenization platform
- The blockchain infrastructure
- The regulatory environment
- The market trading layer
For example, a tokenized real estate asset such as Aspen Coin may contain:
- The issuer/operator (Elevated Returns)
- The underlying asset (St. Regis Aspen Resort)
- The tokenized instrument (ASPEN)
- The tokenization structure
- The blockchain infrastructure
- The investor rights and governance framework
- The custody and compliance model
The Asset Profile page is therefore intended to function as a digital issuer disclosure and intelligence layer that bridges traditional company profile systems with modern tokenized asset and blockchain ecosystems.
The platform supports both traditional financial entities and crypto-native issuers including:
- Corporations
- Funds
- Real estate vehicles
- DAOs
- Protocols
- Stablecoin issuers
- Tokenization platforms
- Blockchain-native financial systems
The overall objective of the Asset Profile architecture is to provide a standardized institutional-grade framework for:
- Issuer transparency
- Asset intelligence
- Blockchain normalization
- Regulatory mapping
- Tokenization tracking
- Investor disclosure
- DTS transparency scoring
- Cross-platform interoperability
By combining traditional company profile information with blockchain-native metadata and tokenization structures, the DORRS Asset Profile creates a unified issuer intelligence layer capable of supporting the evolving digital capital markets ecosystem.
